Welcome Code
The welcome code is not applicable on sale items.

How do I make a purchase?
Browse the website, select your article and size, then click “Add to Cart.” You may add or remove items before checkout. Click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need to create an account to shop at AOMI. However, signing up makes you the first to know about special features, offers, and early access to collection launches.

Customization
Any size customization must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order.
Please note: customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Stripe / Apple Pay
  • Cash on Delivery (within Pakistan only)

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
  • All duties and customs charges at the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Products are available for delivery worldwide.
  • Orders are processed once payment has been authorized.
  • During sale periods, delivery may take longer than usual.

Delivery Timelines

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, please allow 7–21 days for shipping.
For international orders, delivery may take up to 2–3 weeks, depending on customs clearance in the destination country. All duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been authorized, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Sale items: no exchanges, returns, or customizations.
  • Standard products: can be exchanged or returned and refunded in place of store credit, within 48 hours of delivery if:
  • The size, color, or SKU is incorrect.
  • There is a manufacturing defect.
  • Contact info@officialaomi.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Once the item is received and inspected, our customer care team will reach out.
  • All shipping and handling costs are borne by the customer.
  • Customized orders are not eligible for exchange or return.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed.
  • Paid cancellations will be refunded as store credit.
  • Articles can be modified within 24 hours of placing the order.

Legal & Privacy

  • AOMI reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any products from the website.
  • All customer information shared with AOMI remains secure and will not be shared without consent.
