How to make purchase?

Browse the website, choose the article and select your size. Click “Add to Cart” on the product page. You may add or remove any product before checkout. Click on “Proceed to checkout” to complete the order.

Do I need to set-up an account to place an order?

No, you don't need to register for an account to shop at AOMI. However, signing up to our website does make you the first to know of any special features or offers you might find at Aomi, as well as, may give you early access to collection launches.

2. Refund & Delivery Policy:

Shipping Policy
Shipment charges will be added at the time of checkout as per the location and weight of your order. For any duties or customs at destination country, the responsibility lies on the customer.
Return Policy
Any product bought from Aomi can be exchanged within 48 hours after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:
The size/colour/SKU is incorrect.
There is a manufacturing defect.
Please contact customer care by emailing info@officialaomi.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Once received at our warehouse and inspected, our customer care team will reach out to you.
All shipping and handling costs to be paid by the customer.
Customization of the product
Any size customization required must be notified within 48 hours of placing your order. Please note, customized orders can not be returned or exchanged.
Refusal of Order: We reserve the right to modify, eliminate, or withdraw any products from the website.
Sale Items: No exchanges, returns or customizations on sale items.
Cancellations: Order cancellations are only accepted up to 48 hours after the order is placed.
Articles orders can be modified within 24hours of placing the order
Service availability: Products offered through the website are available for delivery worldwide.
Delivery Timelines: ‘Function’ pieces take an estimated 7-10 official days to be prepared ‘Form’ pieces take an estimated 10-14 official days to be prepared 
‘Fantasy’ pieces take an estimated 15-31 official days to be prepared.

Orders are only processed once your payment has been authorized. 
During sale periods, please expect delivery times to be longer than our standard timeframe.

Cancelling an Order: Order cancellations are only accepted up to 48 hours after the order is placed. Orders that are cancelled and paid for can only be redeemed as store credit.

Shipping Policy:  Depending on the location and weight of the outfit, additional shipping costs will be applied at the time of checkout. The client is responsible for all costs associated with duties and customs in the country of destination.

Tracking and Delivery: You will receive an email with the order number and details as soon as your payment has been authorised. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as the item ships. Your order status can be checked any moment by using your provided tracking number.
